All day long I go about my daily activities never giving a second thought to my arms. They do what they need to do without any trouble. Then why do I have a problem at night? I like to go to sleep on my side but I seem to have a problem with one of my arms. No matter how I lay there never seems to be any good place for that arm. It's in my way!
So I toss and turn and eventually end up on back drifting off to never-never land. And my arms never give me any trouble until I try to go to sleep the next night.
